Please note that returns must be paid by the buyer. We ask for your understanding that in case of a complaint we only accept washed items!
1. Fully fill out the return ticket
2. Put the item and return ticket in the shipping package.
3. Frank the parcel and send it back to us.
You can return the goods to us within 14 days after their reception. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the form provided for this purpose and send it back to us together with the item. Please note: A commentless return is not considered a revocation and therefore in case of doubt can not be assigned!
